1. The fine for returning overdue items is 10 baht / item /day (including holidays). If the member does not return the item(s) or does not pay the fine, the library will terminate the lending agreement and inform the member’s guarantor.

- For lost or non-returned resources, borrowers have to pay a fine 3 times the item’s original price. - For resources lost, but later returned in the condition that they were borrowed, borrowers will be charged a fine of 100 baht. - For resources lost, but replaced by photocopies of the materials bound in a new cover, borrowers have to pay the full cost of the original item.

- For lost or non-returned resources, borrowers have to pay a fine of 3 times the item’s original price. - For lost resources which the library can make a new copy, borrowers have to pay a fine of 200 baht for CD-ROM, and 100 baht for a cassette tape.

3. If a membership card is lost, the member will have to pay a 100 baht for a new card.

4. Cutting, tearing or destroying resources of the library or taking the resources out of the library without permission from the librarian is punishable by a fine of 2,000 baht and loss of library privileges for one year.
