Being a coach is actually mpre difficult than it sounds because as a coach you have to lead through other people. In my view, management is leading with peeple, but the real leadership is leading through people. Leadership through other people is not about giving orders and it's not about giving answers. It's not about meeting and it's not about writing strategy documents. Ture leadership is about storytelling, sending signals and encouraging people to find the answers themselves
